It can be a minefield for new models picking their way through the hundreds of modelling agencies that surround the industry. There are reputable modelling agencies around but usually they are very select in who they take on. This leaves a gulf in their wake for the smaller modelling agencies.
Elite Model Management
Elite Models or Elite Modelling Management are about the biggest modelling agency in the world. Elite Models are based in New York and Paris and are a subsidiary of Elite World SA. Elite Models was founded in France in 1972 by John Casablancas and Alain Kittler, and was rebought in 1990 by Nicholas Farrae. Elite World S.A. is the parent company of Elite Model Management.
